Video-chat sessions that are not affected by weather conditions are assumed to continue as scheduled. If the public schools are closed in any county in which you must travel or if road conditions are obviously too dangerous to be in a safe and secure space for our session then you are not expected to pay a no-show fee for a cancellation. Sometimes arrangements can be made to reschedule at another time in the same week. Otherwise, we can meet during the next scheduled appointment time. In any case, a call or message for any scheduling issues is much appreciated. Be safe!
